Abstract

Автор на основе анализа положений уставных документов, статей соглашений и конвенций, пояснительных докладов к ним подробно рассматривает кодификационный процесс в рамках Совета Европы, также исследуется процедура присоединения третьих государств к открытым конвенциям и соглашениям организации. = The author examines in detail the codification process in the framework of the Council of Europe on the basis of the analysis of statutory documents, articles of agreements and conventions and declaratory reports to them. Also the procedure of the third countries’ accession to open conventions and agreements of the organization is considered.
