| Abstract: | В области преподавания иностранных языков сегодня общеизвестно, что язык может быть понятен только в культурном контексте, в котором он воспроизведен. Понятия язык и культура являются неразделимыми и взаимообусловленными. В этой связи можно утверждать, что праздник «фиеста» является значимым элементом, способствующим развитию межкультурной компетенции. Совместная подготовка и проведение праздников со студентами содействует усвоению культуры как родного, так и изучаемого языка. Ознакомление с понятием фиеста позволило приобщить белорусских студентов к латиноамериканским и испанским праздникам и традициям |
| Abstract (in another language): | It is common knowledge in the field of foreign language teaching today that a language can only be understood in the cultural context in which it is produced. The concepts of language and culture are inseparable and interdependent. In this regard, it can be argued that the fiesta holiday is a significant element that contributes to the development of intercultural competence. Joint preparation and holding of holidays with students contribute to the assimilation of the culture of both the native and the language being studied. Acquaintance with the concept of fiesta allowed to introduce Belarusian students to Latin American and Spanish holidays and traditions |
