Выявлены основные проблемы управления трансформацией, а также проведен анализ подходов в реализации цифровых изменений. На основе данных подходов определены основные возможные сценарии развития цифровизации предприятий. А также определена актуальность внедрения цифровых технологий в деятельность предприятий |
| Abstract (in another language): | In this article, based on the works of domestic and foreign researchers, the essence of the digital transformation of enterprises in the conditions of an innovative economy is determined. The main problems of transformation management are identified, as well as an analysis of approaches to the implementation of digital changes. Based on these approaches, the main possible scenarios for the development of enterprise digitalization are identified. And also the relevance of the introduction of digital technologies in the activities of enterprises is determined |
