| Abstract: | С целью разработки и стимулирования внедрения инновационных программ и процессов в организациях, разные страны разрабатывают государственную политику, программы содействия. В рамках исследования был проведен сравнительный анализ инновационной политики Армении, России и Беларуси. Обосновано, что одной хорошо разработанной государственной политики пока недостаточно, необходимо разработать четкий инструментарий для превращения государства в инновационного лидера, который позволит достичь целей путем осуществления определенных мероприятий |
| Abstract (in another language): | In order to develop and stimulate the implementation of innovative programs and processes in organizations, different countries are developing state policies and assistance programs. As part of the study, a comparative analysis of these programs was carried out, having studied the innovation policy of Armenia, Russia and Belarus mainly. As a result well-developed state policy is not enough yet, it is necessary to develop clear tools for turning the state into an innovative leader, which will allow achieving goals through the implementation of certain measures |
