| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема включения размеров уставного капитала страховщика в критериальную систему оценки характеристик потенциальных исполнителей государственных контрактов в рамках 44-ФЗ и 223 ФЗ. Проанализирована степень влияния размера уставного капитала на вероятность потери лицензии страховщиком. Сделано предложение о необходимости введения минимального размера уставного капитала, как обязательное требование для исполнителей по контрактам в рамках контрактной системы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the actual problem of including the size of the insurer's authorized capital in the criteria system for assessing the characteristics of potential executors of government contracts within the framework of 44 and 223 Federal Laws. The degree of influence of the size of the authorized capital on the probability of losing a license by an insurer is analyzed. A proposal has been made on the need to introduce a minimum amount of the authorized capital as a mandatory requirement for contractors under contracts within the framework of the contract system |
