| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию специфики организации управленческой деятельности в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. Изучена роль цифровизации в обеспечении высокой эффективности процесса управления, повышении управляемости всех сфер функционирования компании и качества принятия управленческих решений. Выявлены приоритетные направления использования цифровых технологий в управлении деятельностью организации на современном этапе развития экономики. Рассмотрены отдельные цифровые технологии, наиболее приемлемые для применения на разных этапах осуществления управленческого процесса, обоснована целесообразность их использования при разработке программ совершенствования существующих в компании систем управления. Определены перспективы дальнейшего цифрового переустройства управленческой деятельности предприятий и объединений, способные привести к повышению эффективности их функционирования, росту конкурентоспособности и долгосрочному успеху на рынке |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the organization of management activities in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The role of digitalization in ensuring the high efficiency of the management process, improving the manageability of all areas of the company's functioning and the quality of managerial decision-making has been studied. The priority areas for the use of digital technologies in managing the activities of an organization at the present stage of economic development are identified. Certain digital technologies that are most suitable for use at different stages of the management process are considered, the expediency of their use in the development of programs for improving the existing management systems in the company is substantiated. The prospects for further digital transformation of the management activities of enterprises and associations are determined, which can lead to an increase in the efficiency of their functioning, an increase in competitiveness and long-term success in the market |
