| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются официальные статистические данные о состоянии инноваций и науки в Беларуси. Инновационное развитие экономики Беларуси рассматривается в неразрывной связи с состоянием и развитием науки. Делается вывод о том, что в указанных областях за последние годы кардинальных позитивных изменений не произошло. Более того, санкционная политика западных стран в современных условиях усугубляет негативные аспекты в области инноваций и науки. Все это требует принятия в рамках Союзного государства экстраординарных мер по развитию научно-технического потенциала Беларуси и России |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article studies official statistics on the current state of innovation and science in Belarus. Innovative development of the Belarusian economy is considered inextricably linked with the development of science. It is concluded that no significant positive changes have taken place in these areas in recent years. Moreover, the sanction policies of Western countries exacerbate the negative aspects in the area of innovation and science. All these factors require extraordinary measures to be taken within the framework of the Union State to develop the scientific and technical potential of Belarus and Russia |
