| Abstract: | Статья посвящена рассмотрению истории формирования понятия «комплаенс-риск» в зарубежной деловой практике и в научных исследованиях. Рассмотрены подходы к определению понятий «комплаенс-риск», регуляторный риск и репутационный риск. Показаны пути формирования эффективного регулирования комплаенс-рисками, которые могут быть использованы при создании системы комплаенс-контроля в банках Республики Беларусь в рамках совершенствования национального законодательства, регулирующего финансовую сферу |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the history of the formation of the concept of «compliance risk» in foreign business practice and in scientific research. Approaches to the definition of the concepts of «compliance risk», regulatory risk and reputational risk are considered. The ways of forming effective regulation of compliance risks are shown, which can be used to create a compliance control system in the banks of the Republic of Belarus as part of the improvement of national legislation regulating the financial sector |
