| Abstract: | В настоящее время в качестве лидирующего звена нового типа экономики можно назвать высокотехнологичные компании. Представленное исследование посвящено анализу факторов, способствующих долгосрочному улучшению показателей компаний, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере высоких технологий. Согласно исследованию, в качестве условий, лежащих в основе улучшения показателей компаний, приводится интеллектуальный капитал. Результаты работы демонстрируют влияние компонентов интеллектуального капитала на динамику развития высокотехнологичных компаний. При этом важно отметить особое значение фактора зрелости интеллектуального капитала. В качестве методологической базы исследования выступают методы библиометрического анализа, а также корреляционного анализа открытых данных. Полученные результаты исследования составят основу для развития теории интеллектуального капитала в контексте цифровой экономики |
| Abstract (in another language): | Currently, high-tech companies can be called the leading link of a new type of economy. The presented research is devoted to the analysis of factors contributing to the long-term improvement of the performance of companies operating in the field of high technology. According to the study, the nature of intellectual capital is cited as the conditions underlying the improvement of company performance. The results of the work demonstrate the influence of intellectual capital components on the nature of the development of high-tech companies. At the same time, it is important to note the special importance of the maturity factor of intellectual capital. The methods of bibliometric and correlation analysis of open data serve as the methodological basis of the research. The obtained research results will form the basis for the development of the theory of intellectual capital in the context of the digital economy |
