| Abstract: | Концепт финансового цикла является одной из обобщающих характеристик уязвимостей и диспропорций финансовой системы. Он опирается на теорию дефляции долга и несовершенствах финансовых рынков. В Беларуси, несмотря на то что уровень развития финансового рынка низкий, а риски развертывания дефляционной спирали пока маловероятны, данный концепт представляет ценность для понимания позиции экономики в финансовом цикле в рамках мониторинга макрофинансовых рисков |
| Abstract (in another language): | The concept of the financial cycle is one of the generalizing characteristics of the vulnerabilities and imbalances of the financial system. It relies on the theory of debt deflation and financial market imperfections. In Belarus, despite the fact that the level of financial market development is low, and the risks of a deflationary spiral are still unlikely, this concept is valuable for understanding the position of the economy in the financial cycle as part of monitoring macro-financial risks |
