| Abstract: | В статье исследуется современная концепция устойчивого развития и ESG-практика Китая, который сегодня не только активно вовлечен в ESG-повестку, но и имеет амбициозные цели и огромный потенциал по декарбонизации национальной экономики. На примере углеродного регулирования Китая определены перспективы и возможности участия белорусских компаний в китайских проектах для достижения углеродной нейтральности, а также потенциал расширения торговли квотами на выбросы парниковых газов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the modern concept of sustainable development and the ESG practice of China, which today is not only actively involved in the ESG agenda, but also has ambitious goals and a huge potential for decarbonization of the national economy. Based on the example of China’s carbon regulation, the prospects and opportunities for the participation of Belarusian companies in Chinese projects to achieve carbon neutrality, as well as the potential for expanding greenhouse gas emissions trading are identified. |
