| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены основные программные акты (положения) и направления правового регулирования экономического развития ЕАЭС в интересах повышения уровня жизни населения в Союзе как цели его функционирования. Автор оценивает сущность обязательств по позитивной и негативной интеграции сквозь призму их ценности для достижения указанной основной цели и делает вывод о важности развития единого рынка ресурсов развития, в центре которого - инновации и человеческий капитал |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers the main policy acts (provisions) and directions of legal regulation of the EAEU economic development in the interests of improving the living standards of the population in the Union as a goal of its functioning. The author assesses the essence of positive and negative integration commitments through the prism of their value in achieving the main goal, and concludes that it is important to develop a single market of development resources, which focuses on innovation and human capital |
