| Abstract: | Правовой статус коренных малочисленных народов Российской Федерации, значительная часть которых проживает в Арктической зоне, начал складываться еще во времена СССР. Но формироваться во взаимосвязи международного права и национального законодательства он начал в связи с распадом СССР и становлением независимого государства – Российской Федерации. Если для последнего десятилетия ХХ века характерно интенсивное развитие правового статуса коренных малочисленных народов, что связано с процессами демократизации правовой системы Российской Федерации, то в наше время происходят обратные процессы: выход из международных организаций влечет за собой выход из соответствующих международных договоров. В этой связи необходимо принять меры для укрепления правового статуса коренных малочисленных народов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The legal status of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation, a majority of whom live in the Arctic zone, began to take shape back in the days of the USSR. But it began to form in the relationship of international law and national legislation in connection with the collapse of the USSR and the formation of an independent state - the Russian Federation. If the last decade of the twentieth century is characterized by the intensive development of the legal status of indigenous peoples, which is associated with the processes of democratization of the legal system of the Russian Federation, then in our time the reverse processes are taking place: withdrawal from international organizations entails withdrawal from the relevant international treaties. In this regard, it is necessary to take measures to strengthen the legal status of indigenous peoples |
