| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the beginning of the activities of the minister of foreign affairs of the Belarusian SSR P.K. Krauchanka (July-December 1990). The socio-political and personal preconditions and circumstances that contributed to P. Kravchenka's entry into diplomacy and his election as the minister of foreign affairs of the BSSR on July 17, 1990 are considered. The situation in the Belarusian Foreign Ministry and the first steps of the minister that put the new Belarusian diplomacy into action are described |
