| Abstract: | Артыкул прысвечаны спробе паказаць узаемасувязі язычніцкай міфалогіі скандынаўскіх вікінгаў з масавай культурай у сучасным грамадстве. Аб’ектам даследавання выступаюць вікінгі, уплыў іх побыту і нораваў на сучасную моладзь. У публікацыі аўтар звяртаецца да феномену папулярнасці сярод сучаснай моладзі спадчыны вікінгаў, а таксама да актуальных форм рэпрэзентацыі вікінгаў (кіно, музыка, мастацкая літаратура). Феномен рэцэпцыі спадчыны вікінгаў моладдзю ў сучасным грамадстве разглядаецца на падстве магчымасцей спажывання прадуктаў масавай культуры. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to an attempt to show the relationship between the pagan mythology of the Scandinavian Vikings and mass culture in modern society. The object of research is the Vikings, the influence of their way of life and customs on modern youth. In the publication, the author addresses the phenomenon of popularity among modern youth of Viking heritage, as well as current forms of representation of Vikings (cinema, music, fiction). The phenomenon of the reception of the Viking heritage by young people in modern society is considered on the basis of the possibilities of consumption of mass culture products. |
