| Abstract: | Physical nature of the Watkins effect as an important interaction of the impurities and point defects for modification of silicon structures properties is analyzed. The Watkins effect is displayed in electrical activation and diffusion of implanted impurities, in formation of the extended damages from point defects in silicon. = Проанализирована физика явления замещения по Воткинсу в кремнии и показана возможность его использования в создании бездефектных ионно-легированных структур кремния с управляемым коэффициентом диффузии внедренных примесей. |
