| Abstract: | В результате развития методологических основ измерения емкости мирового рынка цифровых ресурсов в статье выдвинута и доказана научная гипотеза о возможности ранжирования стран на основе проведения стоимостной оценки цифрового развития по показателю удельной емкости рынка их цифровых ресурсов. Предложенный показатель, рассчитанный путем соотношения годовой стоимости совокупного спроса на цифровые ресурсы в стране и численности ее населения, характеризует участие ее населения в цифровом развитии. Произведена апробация авторского методологического подхода на основе данных межотраслевых балансов стран ОЭСР с применением таблиц «Input-Output» международной базы OECD. Путем межстранового сопоставления полученных результатов произведено ранжирование стран, отражающее уровень их цифрового развития в условиях становления и развития мирового рынка цифровых ресурсов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | As a result of the development of methodological foundations for measuring the capacity of the global digital resources market, the study put forward and proved a scientific hypothesis about the possibility of ranking countries based on the cost assessment of digital development in terms of the specific capacity of the country’s digital resources market. The indicator proposed by the author, calculated by the ratio of the annual value of the total demand for digital resources in the country and the number of its population, characterises the participation of the country’s population in its digital development. The author’s methodological approach has been tested on the basis of data from inter-sectoral balances of OECD countries using Input-Output tables of the OECD international database. By cross-country comparison of the results obtained, a ranking of countries was made, reflecting the level of their digital development in the conditions of the formation and development of the global digital resources market. |
