| Abstract: | Разгледжана праблема аптацыі польскага грамадзянства на тэрыторыі Беларусі ў 1921—1923 гг. Пытанне аптацыі паўстала яшчэ падчас працы Рыжскай мірнай канферэнцыі. Распрацоўка палажэнняў і правілаў аптацыі адбывалася ў рамках юрыдычна-прававой камісіі ў студзені—лютым 1921 г. Апціраваць польскае грамадзянства можна было па факту нараджэння і рэгістрацыі на тэрыторыі Царства Польскага. Працэс аптацыі польскага грамадзянства на тэрыторыі Беларусі суправаджаўся праблемамі з пошукамі неабходных дакументальных доказаў сваёй прыналежнасці да польскай нацыянальнасці. За часы ваенных ліхалеццяў значная частка крыніц была пашкоджана, або зусім знікла. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The problem of the option of Polish citizenship in 1921—1923 on the territory of Belarus is considered. The question of option arose during the Riga Peace Conference. The development of the provisions and rules of option took place within the framework of the legal commission in January—February 1921. It was possible to opt for Polish citizenship by the fact of birth and registration in the territory of the Kingdom of Poland. The process of opting for Polish citizenship on the territory of Belarus was accompanied by problems in finding the necessary documentary evidence of their belonging to the Polish nationality. During the years of war hard times, a significant part of the sources was damaged or completely disappeared. |
