| Abstract: | Статья посвящена теоретическому обоснованию влияния Индустрии 4.0 на трансформацию действующих и формирование новых бизнес-моделей. Выявлены основные характеристики Индустрии 4.0, обусловливающие изменения в традиционных бизнес-моделях компаний. Определены возможные типы инноваций, которые могут быть реализованы при преобразовании бизнес-моделей с помощью технико-технологического пакета Индустрии 4.0. Предложены способы проведения цифровой трансформации в организациях сферы производства, а также произведена оценка возможных изменений компонентов бизнес-модели компании при внедрении элементов Индустрии 4.0. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the impact of Industry 4.0 on the transformation of existing and shaping of new business models. The main characteristics of Industry 4.0, which cause changes in traditional business models of companies, are identified. Possible types of innovations that can be implemented in the transformation of business models with the help of the technical and technological package of Industry 4.0 are identified. Ways of digital transformation in manufacturing organizations are proposed, as well as the assessment of possible changes in the components of the company’s business model when implementing elements of Industry 4.0. |
