| Abstract: | Методология обеспечения экономической безопасности разрабатывалась в процессе подготовки первой Концепции национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь (1995). Вычленение жизненно важных интересов, определение угроз и разработка мероприятий по их предотвращению, реализации экономических интересов как исходный методологический подход подтвердили свою актуальность и при реализации положений второй Концепции национальной безопасности (2010). Сохраняя свое значение в современных условиях, разработанные белорусскими учеными концептуальные методологические положения и подходы к обеспечению экономической безопасности позволяют и в современных условиях учитывать влияние мировых экономических процессов на трансформацию белорусской экономики в процессе построения социально ориентированной рыночной модели хозяйствования для отражения диалектики жизненно важных интересов с учетом появляющихся новых угроз экономической безопасности республики. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The methodology of ensuring economic security was developed during the preparation of the first (1995). Concept of National Security of the Republic of Belarus. The identification of vital interests, the identification of threats and the development of measures to prevent threats and the realization of economic interests, as an initial methodological approach, have confirmed their relevance in the implementation of the provisions of the second (2010) Concept of National Security. While retaining its importance in modern conditions, the conceptual methodological provisions and approaches developed by Belarusian scientists to ensure economic security allow us to take into account the influence of global economic processes, the transformation of the Belarusian economy in the process of building a socially oriented market model of management to reflect the dialectic of vital interests, taking into account emerging new threats to the economic security of the republic. The chosen methodology allows timely consideration and adjustments to the process of ensuring the economic security of Belarus in the conditions of innovative economic development. |
