| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены финансовые инструменты для развития зеленой экономики, осуществлен анализ условий и принципов их использования. Описаны подходы к реализации принципов зеленой экономики. Предложена классификация инструментов зеленого финансирования с учетом выполняемых ими функций. На основе анализа литературы авторами разработана классификация прямых и косвенных инструментов финансирования с учетом особенностей и возможностей их применения для предприятий Республики Беларусь. Учитывая международный опыт и особенности экономики Республики Беларусь, определено, что при формировании финансовых ресурсов для развития зеленого сектора экономики первоочередное внимание должно уделяться прямым финансовым инструментам. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the financial instruments for the development of green economy. the analysis of conditions and principles of their use is carried out. The approaches to the implementation of the principles of green economy are described. The classification of instruments of green finance, taking into account the functions performed by them, is offered. Based on the analysis of the literature, the authors have developed a classification of direct and indirect instruments of financing, taking into account the features and possibilities of their use for the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. Based on the international experience and taking into account the peculiarities of the economy of the Republic of Belarus, it has been determined that the direct financial instruments should be a priority in the formation of financial resources for the development of the green sector of the economy. |
