| Abstract: | В статье анализируется эволюция градостроительной парадигмы на примере развития Минска. Эволюция города репрезентируется как развитие саморегулируемой системы, взаимодействие компонентов которой порождает необходимость применения более совершенных средств проектирования, контроля, стимулирования происходящих процессов. Городская среда представлена как результат не только социотехнического, но и социокультурного проектирования. В качестве одного из базовых принципов проектирования выделяется взаимосвязь территориального развития и условий среды. Город рассматривается как развитие саморегулируемой экосистемы посредством порождения и внедрения инноваций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the evolution of the urban planning paradigm on the example of the development of Minsk. The evolution of the city is represented as the development of a self-regulating system, the interaction of the components of which gives rise to the need to use more advanced means of design, control, and stimulation of ongoing processes. The urban environment is presented as a result of not only sociotechnical, but also sociocultural design. The interrelation of territorial development and environmental conditions is singled out as one of the basic principles of design. The city is seen as the development of a self-regulating ecosystem through the generation and implementation of innovations. |
