| Abstract: | В статье представлен обзор подходов к феномену эмоционального интеллекта и его структуре. Анализируются результаты эмпирических исследований эмоционального интеллекта мужчин и женщин в период взрослости. Констатируется противоречивость полученных различными авторами результатов. Постулируется необходимость проведения масштабных эмпирических исследований эмоционального интеллекта у разных половозрастных групп для выявления общих закономерностей и разработки последующих практических рекомендаций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | An overview of approaches to the phenomenon of emotional intelligence and its structure is pre- sented in this article. The results of empirical studies of the emotional intelligence of men and women during adulthood are analyzed. The inconsistency of the results obtained by different authors is stated. The necessity of conducting large-scale empirical studies of emotional intelligence in different gender and age groups in order to establish general patterns and develop subsequent practical recommenda- tions is substantiated. |
