| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматривается роль курдского вопроса в качестве одного из препятствий для европейской интеграции Турецкой Республики в годы руководства Партии справедливости и развития (2002–2022 гг.). Определена периодизация этапов евроинтеграции и смены отношения руководства страны к курдской проблеме в указанные годы. Уделено внимание изменению риторики и практическим шагам Турции и ЕС в каждом из выделенных периодов. Дан прогноз развития дальнейшей интеграции Турции в ЕС и влияния этого процесса на решение курдской проблемы. Статья дополняет имеющиеся публикации по рассматриваемой проблеме, а также вносит новые данные, особенно касаемо периода 2010-х гг. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the role of the Kurdish issue as one of the obstacles to the European integration of the Republic of Turkey during the years of the leadership of the Justice and Development Party (2002–2022). The periodization of the stages of European integration and the change in the attitude of the country's leadership towards the Kurdish problem in these years is determined. Attention is paid to the change in rhetoric and practical steps taken by Turkey and the EU in each of the selected periods. A forecast is given for the development of Turkey's further integration into the EU and the impact of this process on the solution of the Kurdish problem. The article supplements the existing publications on the problem under consideration, and also introduces new data, especially regarding the period of the 2010s |
