Сцвярджаецца, што інфармацыйная прастора – гэта гістарычна сфарміраваная і забяспечаная прававымі гарантыямі шматузроўневая сістэма скаардынаваных і структураваных інфармацыйных рэсурсаў, якія маюць найбольшую ступень даступнасці для спажыўцоў і акумулююць вынікі камунікацыйнай дзейнасці людзей. Даказана, што гістарычны фактар і прынцып традыцыяна лізму з’яўляюцца дэтэрмінантнымі ў працэсе фарміравання інфармацыйнай прасторы Беларусі |
| Abstract (in another language): | The subject of consideration is the information space as a concept, scientific approaches to its study are explored. It is argued that the information space is a historically formed and legally guaranteed multi-level system of coordinated and structured information resources that have the highest degree of accessibility for consumers and accumulate the results of people’s communication activities. It is proved that the historical factor and the principle of traditionalism are determinant in the process of forming the information space of Belarus |
