| Abstract: | В статье анализируются экономические меры демографической политики в области рождаемости в Республике Беларусь, рассматриваются основные нормативные документы, на основе которых формируются государственные программы поддержки семей с детьми. Доказывается, что несмотря на очень широкий спектр мер поддержки семей, бо́льшая часть льгот распространяется лишь на многодетные семьи, тогда как с точки зрения повышения рождаемости следует сместить акцент в системе стимулирования семей на рождение первых и вторых детей. При этом на основе проведенного анализа сформулированы предпочтения городского и сельского населения к тем или иным мерам государственной поддержки, сделаны выводы о соответствии предпринимаемых государством мер ожиданиям граждан Республики Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the economic measures of the demographic policy in the field of fertility in the Republic of Belarus, examines the main regulatory documents on the basis of which state programs to support families with children are formed. It is proved that, despite a very wide range of family support measures, most of the benefits apply only to families with many children, while in terms of increasing the birth rate, the emphasis in the system of stimulating families on the birth of the first and second children should be shifted. At the same time, on the basis of the analysis, the preferences of the urban and rural population to certain measures of state support are formulated, conclusions are drawn about the compliance of the measures taken by the state with the expectations of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus. |
