| Abstract: | Рассматриваются проблемы методологических подходов к управлению трансформационными процессами в производственно-логистических системах. Раскрываются вопросы сущности процесса и организационно-исполнительного механизма цифровой трансформации производственно-логистических систем. Предложена спиральная модель изменения производственно-логистических систем в ходе цифровой трансформации. Выполнен SWOT-анализ развития производственно-логистических систем инструментами цифровых технологий. Описаны базовые стратегические альтернативы развития систем. Разработан комплекс стратегий формирования производственно-логистических систем, которые обеспечивают переход к цифровой системе. Сформулированы четыре сценария изменения производственно-логистических систем в результате осуществления трансформационных процессов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The work is devoted to the development of methodological approaches to the management of transformational processes in production and logistics systems. The questions of the essence of the process and the organizational and executive mechanism of digital transformation of production-logistics systems are revealed. A spiral model for changing production-logistics systems in the course of digital transformation is proposed. SWOT-analysis of production-logistics systems development with digital technology tools has performed. Basic strategic alternatives of systems development have described. A set of strategies has been developed for the formation of production and logistics systems that ensure the transition to a digital system. Four scenarios for changing production-logistics systems as a result of the implementation of transformation processes have formulated. |
