Abstract:	Сравнительный анализ развития малого и среднего бизнеса в областях Республики Беларусь и г. Минске проведен путем построения интегрального показателя. Была сформирована система показателей, отражающая результативность предпринимательства в регионах Республики Беларусь. С помощью методов прикладной статистики построен интегральный показатель для изучаемых регионов за 2013–2020 гг. На основании значений интегрального показателя произведена классификация регионов. В методике построения интегрального показателя не использованы экспертные оценки. Исходные показатели отсортированы по степени их влияния на рейтинг. Сформированы группы взаимосвязанных показателей.
Abstract (in another language):	A comparative analysis of the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions of the Republic of Belarus and the city of Minsk was carried out by constructing an integral indicator. A system of indicators that reflects the effectiveness of entrepreneurship in the regions of the Republic of Belarus was formed. We built an integral indicator for the studied regions in 2013–2020 with the help of applied statistics methods. Using the values of the integral indicator, the regions were classified. Note that expert assessments are not used in the methodology of constructing the integral indicator. The initial indicators are sorted by the degree of their impact on the rating. Groups of interrelated indicators have been formed.
