Abstract:	Отмечены институциональные основы формирования цифровой экономики в Республике Беларусь, включая законодательные и организационные составляющие. Выделены факторы рисков и угроз цифровизации экономики для национальной экономической безопасности Республики Беларусь, а также актуальные тенденции развития цифровой инфраструктуры. Представлен комплекс мероприятий, направленных на дальнейшее продвижение цифровизации экономики страны.
Abstract (in another language):	The institutional foundations for the formation of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus, including legislative and organizational components, are noted. Based on the analysis, the factors of risks and threats of digitalization of the economy for the national economic security of the Republic of Belarus, as well as current trends in the development of digital infrastructure, are identified. It was presented a set of measures aimed at further promoting the digitalization of the country’s economy.
