| Abstract: | Данная статья раскрывает проблему трудностей кадрового потенциала организации к вызовам глобальных трансформационных процессов, связанных с цифровизацией бизнеса и переходом к цифровому обществу. Постоянный мониторинг и выявление «разрывов» в цифровой компетенции персонала, разработка стратегий и внедрение нового программного обеспечения позволяют оптимизировать функционирование компании. Предложены методы устранения несоответствия знаний в области цифровых компетенций и IT-инструменты для улучшения управленческой структуры организации |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article reveals the problem of the difficulties of the human resource potential of the organization to the challenges of global transformational processes associated with the digitalization of business and the transition to a digital society. Constant monitoring and identification of «gaps» in the digital competence of the staff, the development of strategies and implementation of new software allow us to optimize the functioning of the company. Methods for eliminating the mismatch of knowledge in the field of digital competencies and IT tools for improving the management structure of the organization are proposed |
