| Abstract: | В научной работе проведен краткий анализ состояния национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь на современном этапе. Автором сконцентрировано внимание на необходимости оперативном и своевременном выявлении рисков, вызовов и угроз национальной безопасности с последующей выработкой мер реагирования по защите национальных интересов Республики Беларусь и обеспечению устойчивого социально-экономического развития. Отмечена тесная взаимосвязь между экономической и научно-технологической безопасностью. Особое внимание уделяется значимости инновационного развития национальной экономики. Изложены основные системные проблемы в научной, научно-технической и инновационной сферах, являющиеся сдерживающими факторами выхода экономики на приемлемую траекторию инновационного развития. Предложены отдельные направления совершенствования и развития инновационной деятельности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The scientific work provides a brief analysis of the state of national security of the Republic of Belarus at the present stage. The author focuses on the need for prompt and timely identification of risks, challenges and threats to national security, followed by the development of response measures to protect the national interests of the Republic of Belarus and ensure sustainable socio-economic development. The close relationship between economic and scientific and technological security is noted. Special attention is paid to the importance of innovative development of the national economy. The main systemic problems in the scientific, scientific, technical and innovative spheres, which are constraining factors for the economy to enter an acceptable trajectory of innovative development, are outlined. Separate directions of improvement and development of innovative activity are proposed |
