| Abstract: | В статье обоснованы современные условия внедрения цифровых валют в процессе перехода к новой мировой валютной системе через глобальный экономический кризис и кризис эффективности классического инструментария денежно-кредитной (монетарной) политики. Рассматриваются направления внедрения цифровых валют центральных банков. Акцентируется внимание на приоритете поддержки развития национальной экономики и полноценного импортозамещения, а также повышения уровня жизни населения перед введением новых цифровых форм расчетов. Подчеркивается актуальность внедрения в практику международных расчетов стран-партнеров криптовалют, обеспеченных реальными активами |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article substantiates the modern conditions for the introduction of digital currencies in the process of transition to a new world monetary system through the global economic crisis and the crisis of the effectiveness of the classical monetary (monetary) policy tools. The directions of introduction of digital currencies of central banks are considered. Attention is focused on the priority of supporting the development of the national economy and full-fledged import substitution, as well as improving the standard of living of the population before the introduction of new digital forms of payments. The urgency of introducing cryptocurrencies backed by real assets into the practice of international settlements of partner countries is emphasized |
