| Abstract: | Статья посвящена изучению культурно-гуманитарного взаимодействия Китая и Казахстана и исследованию роли институтов Конфуция в активизации сотрудничества в указанной сфере в период с 2003 по 2022 г. В статье рассматрена договорно-правовая база культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества, исследованы особенности развития связей Китая и Казахстана в области образования, культуры и туризма и обоснована ведущая роль Института Конфуция в продвижении «мягкой силы» Китая в Казахстане. Актуальность этой темы заключается в том, что Институт Конфуция способствует развитию всестороннего стратегического партнерства между Китаем и Казахстаном. Сделан вывод о том, что деятельность Института Конфуция имеет большое значение в подготовке высококвалифицированных кадров, что очень важно для усиления китайско-казахстанского торгово-экономического сотрудничества, повышения уровня взаимопонимания между народами и укрепления политического взаимного доверия между двумя странами в XXI в. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of cultural and humanitarian interaction between China and Kazakhstan and to the study of the role of Confucius Institutes in enhancing cooperation in this area in the period from 2003 till 2022. This article examines the legal framework of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, examines the peculiarities of the development of relations between China and Kazakhstan in the field of education, culture and tourism, and substantiates the leading role of the Confucius Institute in promoting China’s soft power in Kazakhstan. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the Confucius Institute contributes to the development of an eternal comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Kazakhstan. Thus, it is concluded that the activities of the Confucius Institute are of great importance in the training of highly qualified personnel, which is extremely important for strengthening Chinese-Kazakh trade and economic cooperation, increasing the level of mutual understanding between peoples and strengthening political mutual trust between the two countries in the XXI century. |
