| Abstract: | Реформы 60-70-х годов XIX в. в Российской империи привели к развитию предпринимательства. Этот процесс затронул и помещичьи хозяйства Беларусских земель. Во всей полноте он проявился в Лошицком имении, где внедрение новой системы хозяйствования осуществлял новый владелец – Евстафий Любанский. Опираясь на архивные материалы, автор раскрывает сложный процесс перехода к новой системе хозяйствования, анализирует ее возможности, показывает причины успехов и неудач |
| Abstract (in another language): | Reforms of the 60-70s of the XIX century in the Russian Empire led to the development of entrepreneurship. This process also affected the landlords of the Belarusian lands. In its entirety, it manifested itself in the Loshitsky estate, where the introduction of a new management system was carried out by a new owner – Evstafiy Lyubansky. Based on archival materials, the author reveals the complex process of transition to a new management system, analyzes its possibilities, shows the reasons for success and failure |
