| Abstract: | Статья посвящена неопубликованному тексту курса лекций «История Византии» известного русского и югославского историка Александра Васильевича Соловьева (1890–1971). Текст лекций, читавшихся Соловьевым в Женевском университете, представляет собой правленую машинопись и хранится в Отделе рукописей и личных архивов Библиотеки Женевы в Швейцарии и посвящен основным аспектам истории Византии до XI века с особым вниманием к истории римского права. Рассказывается история создания курса, выделяются его особенности. Делается вывод о высокой значимости курса для отечественной и мировой исторической науки |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the unpublished text of the lecture course «History of Byzantium» by the famous Russian and Yugoslav historian Alexander Vasilievich Soloviev (1890-1971). The text of the lectures given by Soloviev at the University of Geneva is corrected typescript and is kept in the Department of Manuscripts and Private Archives of the Library of Geneva in Switzerland and is devoted to the main aspects of the history of Byzantium up to the 11th century, with special attention to the history of Roman law. The history of the creation of the course is told, its features are highlighted. The conclusion is made about the high significance of the course for domestic and world historical science |
