| Abstract: | Рассматривается понятие «существенный вред» как признак уголовной противоправности незаконных действий в отношении информации о частной жизни и персональных данных (ст. 2031 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь). Определяются содержание этого признака и способы выявления существенного вреда как признака уголовной противоправности незаконных действий в отношении информации о частной жизни и персональных данных. Анализируется причинно-следственная связь между незаконными действиями в отношении информации о частной жизни и персональных данных и их последствиями. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The concept of significant harm as a criminal unlawfulness sign of illegal actions in relation to private life information and personal data (art. 203 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) is considered. The content of the sign and methods for determining of significant harm as a criminal unlawfulness sign of illegal actions in relation to private life information and personal data are determined. The causal relationship between illegal actions in relation to private life information and personal data and their consequences is analysed. |
