| Abstract: | В статье проведён анализ опыты государственных архивных учреждений и негосударственных организаций Беларуси по применению информационных технологий для обеспечения доступа пользователей к архивным документам и материалам. Особое внимание обращено на работы по созданию и представлению в открытом доступе цифровых копий архивных документов, разработке систем архивного хранения электронных документов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the experience of state archival institutions and non-governmental organizations of Belarus in the use of information technology to ensure users’ access to the archival documents and materials. Particular attention is paid to the work connected with the creation and presentation of open access to digital copies of the archival documents, the development of systems for archival storage of electronic documents. |
