| Abstract: | Научно-техническое сотрудничество является важной частью китайско-германских отношений. С момента установления стратегического партнерства КНР и ФРГ в 2004 г., оно демонстрировало хорошую динамику развития на разных уровнях. Наличие качественных изменений позволяет выделить три этапа развития проблемы. Автор статьи анализирует текущее сотрудничество КНР и ФРГ в области науки и техники и приходит к выводу, что его политическая поддержка сохраняется, а механизмы продолжают совершенствоваться. Вместе с тем, отмечается, что в связи с современной эволюцией международной политической и экономической структуры, наука и технологии оказались в центре конкурентной борьбы крупных держав, что ограничивает дальнейшее развитие диалога между КНР и ФРГ в данной области |
| Abstract (in another language): | Science and technology cooperation is an important element of Sino-German relations. Since they upgrade their relations to the strategic partnership in 2004, the two sides have demonstrated a good development dynamic at various levels. According to the current situation it can be divided into three stages in the development of the problem. The author analyses the current cooperation between China and Germany in the field of science and technology and concludes that policy support for science and technology cooperation continues to increase, while the mechanisms for cooperation between the two sides are also being improved. At the same time, however, with the profound evolution of the international political and economic landscape, science and technology has become the focus of the great power game, which limits the further development of the Sino-German dialogue in this area |
