| Abstract: | В связи с новыми экономическими вызовами происходят значительные изменения при организации таможенного транзита в ЕАЭС. Существуют различные проблемные аспекты и риски при нововведениях, однако выделяются и пути их решения. Кроме того, затрагивается тема практического применения новых преобразований в таможенной процедуре таможенного транзита, а также в оформлении транзитной декларации. Проводится анализ нормативных правовых актов Европейского союза и национальных правовых актов Республики Беларусь, выявлены особенности таможенного транзита как по территории Европейского союза, так и по территории ЕАЭС, в частности, Республики Беларусь. В соответствии с нововведениями, в статье описывается подробный способ осуществления транзита тех или иных товаров по территории государств |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article points out that in connection with new economic challenges considerable changes are taking place in customs transit in the EEU. There are various problems and risks associated with the innovations, but the ways to address them are highlighted. In addition, the topic of practical application of new transformations in the customs procedure of customs transit, as well as in the registration of the transit declaration is touched upon. Normative acts of the European Union and national legal acts of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed; the features of customs transit both on the territory of the European Union and the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, in particular, the Republic of Belarus are revealed. In accordance with the innovations, the article describes a detailed method of implementing certain goods on the territory of states |
