| Abstract: | В исследовании на основании анализа исторических источников и специальной литературы представлены и кратко охарактеризованы 48 персоналий руководителей Минской таможни за период с конца XV до начала XXI в. Особое внимание уделено периоду Великого княжества Литовского (21 человек), БССР (16 человек), Республики Беларусь (10 человек). Сделан вывод, что именно руководитель формирует и направляет коллектив успешной таможни, о чем свидетельствует исторический опыт. Обоснована и предложена обновленная дата создания Минской таможни — 21 марта 1499 г. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the study, based on the analysis of historical sources and special literature, 48 personalities of the heads of the Minsk customs for the period from the end of the XV to the beginning of the XXI centuries are presented and briefly characterized. Special attention is paid to the period of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (21 people), the BSSR (16 people), the Republic of Belarus (10 people). It is concluded that it is the head who forms and directs the staff of a successful customs, as evidenced by historical experience. The updated date of creation of the Minsk customs — March 21, 1499 is justified and proposed |
