| Abstract: | Цифровая трансформация представляет собой исторический этап для экономики и общества, объединяя физический и виртуальный миры, подвергая радикальным изменениям процессы производства товаров и оказания услуг. Цифровизация экономики является главным трендом в развитых странах, особенно она затрагивает Германию как лидера Европы. В статье рассмотрена цифровая трансформация Германии и проведена ее оценка. Выделены основные тенденции и этапы эволюции цифровой экономики, а также обозначены проблемы, с которыми столкнулась Германия в ходе реализации «Цифровых повесток». Показаны места Германии в цифровых рейтингах. Сделаны выводы о результативности цифровой трансформации Германии, внесены предложения для Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | Digital transformation represents a historical stage for the economy and society, combining the physical and virtual worlds, subjecting the processes of production of goods and services to radical changes. Digitalization of the economy is the main trend in developed countries, especially it affects Germany as the leader of Europe. The article examines the digital transformation of Germany and evaluates it. The main trends and stages of the evolution of the digital economy are highlighted, as well as the problems faced by Germany during the implementation of the “Digital Agendas”. Germany's places in digital ratings are shown. Conclusions have been drawn about the effectiveness of Germany's digital transformation, and proposals have been made for the Republic of Belarus |
