| Abstract: | В статье раскрыта сущность понятия «человеческое развитие» (ЧР). Доказано, что человеческое развитие сопряжено с доступом к ресурсам, необходимым для жизнедеятельности человека, к системам здравоохранения и образования, а также с наличием благоприятных условий для реализации интересов человека, а также его саморазвития и самореализации. Уровень ЧР охарактеризован как главный комплексный показатель измерения развития страны. Проанализирован уровень ЧР в странах БРИКС — объединения крупнейших развивающихся стран мира, а также выявлены пути повышения уровня ЧР путем укрепления и углубления сотрудничества по различным направлениям деятельности стран БРИКС |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the essence of the concept of human development (HD). It has been proven that human development is associated with access to resources necessary for human life, to healthcare and education systems, as well as the presence of favorable conditions for the realization of human interests, as well as its self-development and self-realization. The level of HD is characterized as the main comprehensive indicator of the country's development. The article analyzes the level of HD in the BRICS, which is an association of the largest developing countries in the world, and identifies the way to increase the level of HR —strengthening and deepening of cooperation mechanisms in various areas of the BRICS countries’ activity |
