Аналізуецца ўнёсак у навуку і практыку Б. Сассаферрата і яго паслядоўніка і прыхільніка гуманістычнай школы П. Раизія, іспанскага юрыста, удзельніка кадыфікацыі права і развіцці прававой культуры ВКЛ. На аснове аналізу трактата П. Роизия «Decisiones Petri Royzii Maurei, Alcagnicen Regii juriconsulti, de rebus in sacro auditorio Lituanico et appelatione judicatis» и норм Статута ВКЛ 1588 г. вызначаецца ўплыў школы на кадыфікацыю права і прававую культуру ВКЛ |
| Abstract (in another language): | The factors that determined the foundations of the codification of the law of the countries of continental Europe of the XV—XVI centuries, including the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, are considered on the basis of a new concept of Renaissance jurisprudence based on the doctrine and methodology of the schools of post-glossators and humanists. The contribution to science and practice of B. Sassoferrato and his follower and representative of the humanistic school P. Roisiy, a Spanish lawyer, a participant in the codification of law and the development of the legal culture of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of the treatise by P. Roisius «Decisiones Petri Royzii Maurei, Alcagnicen Regii juriconsulti, de rebus in sacro auditorio Lituanico et appelatione judicatis» and the norms of the Statute of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania of 1588, the influence of schools on the codification of law and the legal culture of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is determined |
