| Abstract: | Die Aktualität dieser Forschung besteht darin, dass heutzutage zahlreiche bewaffnete Konflikte das Weltkulturerbe mit Zerstörung bedrohen, z. B. die Situation in Afghanistan, wenn dort 2001 weltberühmte Budha Statuen vernichtet wurden. Es ist sehr wichtig für die internationale Gemeinschaft, den völkerrechtlichen Schutzmechanismus für Weltkulturerbe zu vervollkommnen. |
