| Abstract: | В современное время стремительное развитие информационных технологий привело к их широкому применению в различных сферах экономики, в том числе в финансах ‒ банковском деле, торговле, промышленности и т.д. В результате современного развития информационные системы стали фактором производства, то есть информационные системы непосредственно влияют на результат деятельности предприятия. Итак, успешная деятельность любой компании и организации сегодня очень сильно зависит от информационных технологий, и эта зависимость время от времени становится все сильнее. Управление и обслуживание ИС не остается только технической задачей, но становится неотъемлемой частью интеграции учреждения в бизнес-процессы. Основной миссией отдела информационных технологий является надежное предоставление информационных услуг пользователям. Отметим, что чем сложнее информационные системы, тем выше спрос на сервисных инженеров. Самое главное – соблюдать организационные правила службы информационных систем, обеспечивающие ее надежную и стабильную работу. Технический подход к организации деятельности отдела информационных технологий не дает желаемого результата |
| Abstract (in another language): | In modern times, the rapid development of information technologies has led to their widespread use in various sectors of the economy, including finance ‒ banking, trade, industry, etc. As a result of modern development, information systems have become a factor of production, that is, information systems directly affect the result of an enterprise. So, the successful activity of any company and organization today is very much dependent on information technology, and this dependence becomes stronger from time to time. Management and maintenance of IS does not remain only a technical task, but becomes an integral part of the integration of the institution into business processes. The main mission of the information technology department is the reliable provision of information services to users. Note that the more complex information systems, the higher the demand for service engineers. The most important thing is to comply with the organizational rules of the information systems service, which ensure its reliable and stable operation. The technical approach to organizing the activities of the information technology department does not give the desired result |
