| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются базовые понятия конституционного права «власть», «ветвь власти», «законодательная власть», «представительная власть», их содержание и соотношение. Авторами сопоставляются данные понятия и корреспондируемые им государственные органы, анализируются состав органов государственной власти, относимый к законодательной и представительной ветвям власти, обосновывается вывод о их нетождественности |

The authors compare these concepts and the state bodies corresponding to them, analyze the composition of state authorities related to the legislative and representative branches of government, substantiate the conclusion that they are not identical |
