| Abstract: | Тема взаимоотношений государства и религиозных конфессий, их правовое регулирование весьма актуальна. Ретроспективный взгляд на их взаимодействие даст возможность более объективно проанализировать современную ситуацию и в Республике Беларусь. Рассматривается также взаимодействие государственной власти и религиозных организаций, нормативно-правовая база, на основе которой осуществляется внутренняя политика, правовые механизмы регулирования государственно-конфессиональных отношений в системе государственной власти |
| Abstract (in another language): | Nowadays the topic of the relationship between the state and religious organizations, as well as their legal regulation remains very relevant. The article gives a retrospective view on the relations between the state and the church, as well as a modern analysis of these relationships. The mechanisms of interaction of the state with religious associations are explained. The legal status of the church in the system of the state power is examined. The characteristic of the normative legal acts is given, on the basis of which the internal policy of the Belarusian state is built in relation to religious organizations |
