| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the mechanisms of normative acts promulgation according to the Statute of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania of 1588, using the example of decisions of general (nationwide) seims. The norms of article 9 of section III of the Statute, which regulated these legal relations, are the origins of the modern state system of legal information of the Republic of Belarus, which is based on the principle of the unity of presentation of legal information from a single source on the territory of the state |
