| Abstract: | В статье проводится анализ эффективности использования финансирования научной, научно-технической и инновационной деятельности в Республике Беларусь как государства — члена Евразийского экономического союза и влияния использования затраченных средств на развитие научных исследований и разработок, посредством анализа динамики количества оформленных охранных документов на них. Выявлено отсутствие прямой зависимости между упомянутыми переменными. Также рассматривается уровень инновационного развития государств — членов ЕАЭС исходя из позиций стран в Глобальном инновационном индексе 2021 и вносятся рекомендации по коммерциализации объектов интеллектуальной собственности на основании развития банков коммерческих проектов стран и их влияние на степень внедрения инноваций с целью повышения позиций государств — членов ЕАЭС в инновационном индексе |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the effectiveness of the use of funding for scientific, technical and innovative activities in the Republic of Belarus as a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU) and the impact of the use of spent funds on the development of scientific research and development, by analyzing the dynamics of the number of issued title of protection for them. The absence of a direct correlation between the mentioned variables was revealed. The level of innovative development of the EAEU member states is also considered based on the positions of the countries in the Global Innovation Index 2021 and the development of recommendations for the commercialization of intellectual property objects is made based on the development of commercial projects’ banks of countries and their impact on the degree of innovations’ implementation in order to increase the positions of the EAEU member states in innovation index |
