| Abstract: | Изучены ключевые тенденции инновационной трансформации экономики Беларуси на современном этапе исторического развития. Основное внимание уделено концептуальным аспектам и нормативно-правовому обеспечению перехода белорусской экономики на инновационный путь развития. Определены некоторые проблемы, наблюдающиеся в реализации инновационной деятельности в республике. Исследование обобщает опыт инновационно-технологической деятельности в Республике Беларусь, показывает эволюцию инновационных процессов: от роста роли науки, повышения эффективности научных достижений и разработок к развитию наукоемких и высокотехнологичных производств и ускоренной информатизации, цифровой трансформации белорусской экономики |
| Abstract (in another language): | The key trends of innovative transformation of the Belarusian economy at the present stage of historical development are studied. The main attention is paid to the conceptual as well as regulatory and legal support of the transition of the Belarusian economy to the innovative way of development. Certain problems emerging in the implementation of innovation activities in the republic are outlined. The study summarizes the experience of innovation and technology in the Republic of Belarus and shows the evolution of innovation processes: from the growing role of science, increasing the efficiency of scientific achievements and designs to the development of science-intensive and high-tech industries, accelerated IT-modernization and digital transformation of the Belarusian economy |
